Breaking Down Silos:
A case study on the benefits of an integrated direct response approach
Now more than ever, healthcare nonprofit organizations need to focus on building and cultivating relationships with individual donors, while maintaining a diversified fundraising approach. Building a cross-platform fundraising strategy utilizing a variety of channels including mail, email, digital media advertising, online advocacy and more will yield the highest response in both revenue and engagement.
Donna Daly has more than 18 years of professional experience in the management and implementation of strategic multi-channel fundraising campaigns. As Senior Consultant for C.I. Partners Direct, Donna serves a wide range of healthcare nonprofit institutions, including academic medical centers, NCI-designated cancer institutes, safety net hospitals, and more.
Prior to joining C.I. Partners Direct, Donna served as Senior Development Officer for Cedars-Sinai, where she designed and launched the implementation of the health system’s inaugural direct response and grateful patient fundraising program. Utilizing her expertise with process improvement analysis, Donna successfully executed a streamlined and effective approach to donor segmentation and was instrumental in creating a strategic vision driving donor acquisition, retention, and engagement to new heights.
Donna earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from San Diego State University and a Master’s in Evaluation and Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University. Donna currently serves on as a board member for Southern California Association for Healthcare Development.
